Biography:
Crister José Ocadaque Graduated in Medicine at Federal University of Alagoas (UFAL) Brazil. Medical Residency in Infectious Diseases at Hospital São José of Infectious Diseases (HSJ) Brazil. He got a Master's Degree in Medical Microbiology by the Graduate Program in Medical Microbiology at the Department of Pathology and Legal Medicine at the Federal University of Ceará (2016) Brazil. Crister José is working in human virology with an emphasis on epidemiology and genetic mapping of respiratory viruses. He has a PhD in Medical Microbiology by the Federal University of Ceará (UFC) Brazil. He is currently an adjunct teacher of Infectiology and Molecular Biology at Center University Mauricio de Nassau (UNINASSAU). Crister has experience in Medical Infectology, Investigation and Medical Clinic. Recently he is working as senior research (Post-doc) at Bandim Health Project in Guinea-Bissau, studying molecular surveillance of malaria population and antimalarial drug resistance to support malaria control.
