Research Committee

The primary objective of the research committee is to ensure that the overall programme of research conducted by the PhD students and post-doctoral fellows supported by MARCAD is conducted to a high, international standard. The committee ensure that the recruitment of researchers to the programme is transparent and that the best candidates are selected. It will review progress of research fellows as well as providing advice to the SC. The TC will ensure that the research standards of the PhD students and post-doctoral fellows are maintained and that the research teams “in training” achieve their scientific objectives.

MARCAD Research Committee members was chosen by the Secretariat for their expertise and connections relevant to the interests of the PhD students and post-doctoral fellows supported.
